Martel Design carried out the Full Planning and Building Control applications and Structural Engineering design for a private client for the redevelopment of this 1960′s bungalow.
The property was substantially altered with extensions for additional bedrooms and the reconstruction of a lower level Garage with a new Lounge area with vaulted ceiling. With the new elevated terrace and the internal replanning, the property now takes advantage of the rural views over the rear of the property as well as providing a grand entrance
