Works are complete on a three storey detached house in Upper St Jacques. Martel Design carried out the Engineering design for the structure, the property which is partially built into a slope, has reinforced concrete retaining walls to three sides forming the ground floor and integral garages with a Beam & Block Ground floor and Ecojoist First floor, the complex vaulted roof incorporates a cranked steel framework and traditional timber rafters.
